The company comprises a dynamic team of consultants with multi-disciplinary skills.  The environmental team has acquired considerable experience in environmental assessment and environmental management from working in this field for a variety of infrastructure developments.  Through provision of a broad range of environmental services within southern Africa, extensive experience has been gained with regards to environmental legislation requirements and compliance needs.  We are able to advise our clients regarding the implications which the current legislation may have for their developments and assist them in meeting these requirements.  All services are managed by competent and professionally registered staff with practical experience in the environmental management field.

We have a proven track record in meeting project deadlines as required by various Clients and have successfully completed over 400 EIA processes for infrastructure development projects for both public and private entities.  The project management team ensure the compilation of world-class reports in line with relevant legislation, Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards.  Through previous involvement as part of large projects, projects funded by funding agencies as well as public-private partnerships, the team understands the requirements which must be met to provide bankable reporting.  The quality of Savannah Environmental’s reporting enables the decision-making authorities to make informed decisions.  This has been the experience on many recently approved projects.
