As the project sites are located within a REDZ and a Strategic Transmission Corridor, Basic Assessment (BA) processes are required to be undertaken in accordance with GN113 and GN114 (February 2018). Savannah Environmental is undertaking the required environmental assessment and public participation process. A Background Information Document (BID) is available for review and comment on the Savannah Environmental website at https://www.savannahsa.com/public-documents/energy-generation/eastern-cape-cluster-of-renewable-energy-facilities/
